The applications found in this area of our website are intended only for use by applicants who choose to proceed without an agent.  If you are a licensed agent, do not attempt to submit an application from this area of the website, it will be rejected and returned to you.

Licensed agents must use our agent’s secured website to complete an application for coverage from the FAIR Plan.  If you have a user id and password for our secured site, please click the HOME button above, and enter your user id and password in the fields provided for that information on the home page.  If you are a licensed agent, and do not have a user id and password for our agents secured site, please click this link:  Secure Site Signup and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.  The signup process is simple and fast, and can usually be done the same day requested.

If you are an applicant, we strongly urge you to find a licensed agent to help you with the application process.  Licensed agents are required by law to assist applicants for FAIR Plan coverage.  Agents are paid a commission for assisting applicants, however having an agent will not increase the premium owed for coverage.  Agents understand the application process, and having the assistance of an agent will reduce the chance of your application being rejected for lack of the information we need to process your request for coverage.  For this reason we prefer all applicants engage the assistance of a licensed agent to help them with the application process.
